    Should you desire a commission or personalized specifications such as custom sizes, crops, borders, or framing, please don't hesitate to reach out to Jessie at jessiefrostart@gmail.com; She’d be happy to discuss a special size or potential commission for a new original work. Jessie has worked on a number of projects for hospitality and fashion groups and would be delighted to discuss your next project's art needs.
  • Will my limited edition print be authenticated?
    Your limited edition print will come either numbered and hand-signed or you will receive a Certificate of Authenticity with relevant details listed to affix to the back of the print when getting it framed.
  • Are your prints limited editions?
    All prints offered are limited editions of 20 - 100 copies, unless otherwise specified.
  • What quality can I expect from your prints?
    Prints are meticulously crafted using museum-quality fine art Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308gsm paper and archival pigments, ensuring exceptional quality.
  • Are the sizes listed for framed or unframed prints?
    The sizes quoted are for unframed images only. Please contact Jessie at jessiefrostart@gmail.com to inquire about framing options.
  • Can I unwrap my print when I receive it in the mail?
    For unframed prints, we advise cautious handling and recommend entrusting the unwrapping process solely to professional framers. Prevent any contact with skin, oils, or moisture to preserve the print's integrity.
  • What shipping options do you offer?
    Free worldwide shipping, insurance, and mailing tube.
  • How long will it take for my artwork to arrive?
    Please allow up to 4 business days for printing, 1-3 business days for domestic shipping, and 6-10 business days for international shipping from the USA. Shipping times may increase for international orders, depending on local requirements. As soon as your piece has shipped out, you will receive a tracking number and you can always reach out to us with any questions by emailing jessiefrostart@gmail.com.
  • Can I expedite my order or shipping?
    If you would like to expedite your order or shipping, please contact us at jessiefrostart@gmail.com for available options.
  • What is your return policy?
    All artworks are made to order and are non-refundable.
  • What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?
    If your artwork arrives damaged, please document all damage to packaging and artwork and ensure Jessie is notified at jessiefrostart@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
